Terms of Service

These Terms define the conditions for use of the import agency services provided by ee-supply (the “Service”) between the Company and users of the Service (“Buyers”).

Article 1 (Application of These Terms)

① These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

② All rights of interpretation of these Terms belong to the Company.

Article 2 (Agreement to These Terms)

① By using the Service, the Buyer is deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 3 (Amendment of These Terms)

① The Company may amend these Terms without prior consent of the Buyer.

② The amended Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Company’s website.

③ Continued use of the Service after amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

① Applicants must agree to these Terms and complete registration via the Company website.

② The Company may reject registration based on its prescribed review.

　⑴ The Company is not obligated to disclose reasons for rejection.

③ Registration documents may be shared with contractors for payment and settlement review.

　⑴ Registration may be rejected based on contractor judgment.

　⑵ The Company is not obligated to disclose such reasons.

④ Accurate information must be provided at registration.

　⑴ Any liability arising from false information shall be borne by the member.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Membership)

① The Company may cancel membership without prior notice if any of the following apply.

　⑴ Unauthorized use of ID or password

　⑵ Failure to pay usage fees

　⑶ False registration information

　⑷ No contact for more than three months

　⑸ Other cases deemed inappropriate by the Company

② In such cases, all orders in process shall be invalidated.

Article 6 (Membership System)

① Membership Registration

　⑴ Registered based on application

　⑵ Fees charged according to website listings

　⑶ Personal information shall not be disclosed without consent except as required by law

② Suspension of Membership

　⑴ Failure to pay membership fees

　⑵ Failure to complete renewal procedures by the due date

③ Cancellation of Membership

　⑴ Unauthorized use of ID or password

　⑵ False registration information

　⑶ Deemed inappropriate by the Company

　⑷ All orders in process shall be invalidated

Article 7 (Fees and Payment Methods)

① Buyers shall pay usage fees by methods specified by the Company.

② Late payment may result in suspension of services without notice.

③ Payments must be made from a financial account under the registered member name.

Article 8 (Grant of Authority for Collection)

① Buyers agree that contractors may collect product payments on their behalf.

② Contractors are not parties to the sales contract and bear no responsibility for product quality, safety, or legality.

Article 9 (Contractors)

① Contractors are involved in the provision of the Service.

② The Company may outsource part of the Service to third parties.

③ Contractors bear no responsibility for commercial disputes.

④ Restrictions may apply due to laws or contractor discretion.

Article 10 (Payment)

① Product payments shall be made to accounts designated by the Company.

② Payment recipients are limited to contractors approved by the Company.

③ Payment-related inquiries must be made only to the Company.

Article 11 (Warranty, Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds)

① The Company does not provide warranties regarding product quality or legality.

② Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

③ In cases where inspection is requested

　⑴ Negotiation for exchange or return will be conducted if defects are found

　⑵ However, refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed

　⑶ Returns are not accepted in the following cases

　　ア Damaged or soiled outer packaging

　　イ Counterfeit or non-genuine products

　　ウ Minor differences from product images

④ No refunds will be issued if products are seized by customs.

　⑴ Determinations are at the discretion of customs authorities.

Article 12 (Inspection and Optional Services)

① Authenticity and quality guarantees are excluded from inspection services.

② Inspection services do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Article 13 (Prohibited Items)

① The following items cannot be handled

　⑴ Items subject to the Washington Convention

　⑵ Export or import prohibited items

　⑶ Items contrary to public order or morals

　⑷ Fragile items

　⑸ Living organisms

　⑹ Items from poorly rated stores

　⑺ Items deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

① The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from

　⑴ Non-genuine or counterfeit products

　⑵ Customs seizure

　⑶ Transportation accidents

　⑷ Force majeure

　⑸ Customs duties and related fees

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Compensation)

① Buyers shall promptly compensate any damage caused to the Company.

② Costs arising from third-party claims shall be borne by the Buyer.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① These Terms shall be governed by the laws of China.

② The Yiwu People’s Court of Zhejiang Province shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 17 (Consultation)

① Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith consultation.

Article 18 (Amendment)

① The Company may amend these Terms without notice.
